Located in the heart of the Todd Mall this 10–12-person conference room at the Alice Plaza is perfect for your next meeting or workshop. Rates: $50 p/hr or $200 p/day. Available Monday - Sunday. Bookings required.
The Alice Plaza Meeting Room features Projector & HDMI, Conference Table, WIFI internet, whiteboard with markers, filtered water with glasses, and self-serviced complimentary tea & coffee in the kitchenette. The room is situated on the mezzanine level of the Alice Plaza with access available via staircase or lift.
Professional catering can be arranged at an additional cost, including delicious morning and afternoon teas, a range of lunch options, and post-conference canapés.
Note: After-hour access can be arranged on a case-by-case basis. Please send an inquiry and we’ll confirm availability.
Visiting Alice? Alice Plaza is just a short walk from Alice Springs sites such as Anzac Hill and the famously dry Todd Riverbed. The Plaza is spacious and welcoming with ample seating, a food court, shopping, and services making for a welcome retreat.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule your booking for the first time, free of charge providing the booked date is at least 2 business days in advance. The new date must be within 60 days of the original check-in date and is subject to availability.
Cancellation: You may cancel the booking providing you give 2 business days’ notice. You will receive a refund of 80% of the total amount paid.
